At 904 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a showers, capable of
producing winds to around 30 knots and waterspouts. These showers
are located over Kelleys Island, moving southwest at 15 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Showers can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Seek safe harbor
immediately.

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
