At 1212 PM EDT, clouds capable of producing waterspouts were
reported along a line extending from 8 nm north of Geneva-On-The-
Lake to 6 nm southeast of Kelleys Island, moving nearly stationary.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous
seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
suddenly higher waves.
