...FLOOD WARNING FOR AN ICE JAM NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON EST TODAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by an ice jam continues.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Ohio, including the following
  county, Lake.

* WHEN...Until noon EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is occurring. Depending on ice behavior,
  any release of the ice jam could result in sudden rises of water,
  leading to a rapid flooding situation.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1212 AM EST, Fire department reported that an ice jam was
    still present on the Chagrin River near Chardon Road in
    Willoughby Hills. Minor flooding has occurred near the jam.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Willoughby and Willoughby Hills.
  - Flooding has been reported along Milann Dr and in the Dodds
    Pleasant Valley Estates neighborhood.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
