* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Northeastern Mahoning County in northeastern Ohio...
  Southern Trumbull County in northeastern Ohio...

* WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 501 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Youngstown, Warren, Niles, Hubbard, Newton Falls, Lordstown,
    Hilltop, Vienna Center, Leavittsburg, Maplewood Park, Girard,
    Vienna, McDonald, Yankee Lake, Bolindale, Howland Center, Mineral
    Ridge and Churchill.
