...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 230 AM EDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 230 AM EDT early this morning for
portions of north central and northeast Ohio, including the
following areas, in north central Ohio, Ashland, Crawford, Knox,
Morrow and Richland. In northeast Ohio, Holmes and Wayne.

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
