* At 1159 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Charleston
  Naval Complex, moving southeast at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  North Charleston, Mount Pleasant, Goose Creek, Hanahan, Daniel
  Island, Downtown Charleston, Fort Sumter, James Island, West Ashley
  and Isle Of Palms.

This includes the following highways...
I-26 between mile markers 214 and 221. I-526 between mile markers 15
and 17...and between mile markers 19 and 31.
