* Special Marine Warning for...
  Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA out 20 NM, including
  Grays Reef National Marine Sanctuary...

* Until 230 AM EDT.

* At 1227 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Wassaw
  Sound Buoy, moving east at 5 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 34 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds
           and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  110 Degree Olympic Buoy, Sailboat Jupiter, Buoy K C, Motherlode
  Barge, Sea Buoy 2w, D U A Buoy, Savannah Buoy, Sea Buoy Os, Wassaw
  Sound Buoy, C C A Buoy, Channel Buoy 5, Tug Matt Turecamo, Buoy L,
  Latex Barge and Buoy Tender Sagebrush.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.

Frequent lightning is occurring with this storm. If caught on the
