  Charleston Harbor...
  Waters from South Santee River to Edisto Beach SC out 20 NM...

* Until 930 PM EDT.

* At 729 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line from
  6 NM north of Crab Bank to near Saint Helena Sound, moving
  southeast at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 34 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds
           and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Charleston Nearshore Reef, Air Force Reef, Charleston Coastal
  Anglers, Rattlesnake Shoal, Joe Shuford Reef, Charleston Sixty,
  Charleston Harbor Entrance, Lowcountry Anglers, Crab Bank, Castle
  Pinkney, Capers Reef, Capers Island Buoy, Wappoo Cut, Kiawah Reef
  and Bull Breakers.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.

Frequent lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
