  Waters from South Santee River SC to Savannah GA out 40 NM...

* Until 345 PM EDT.

* At 152 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line from
  over N. Edisto Nearshore Reef to 9 NM south of Edisto Offshore
  Reef, moving northeast at 5 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 34 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds
           and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Edisto Offshore Reef, Kiawah Reef, Edisto Sixty Reef, Lowcountry
  Anglers, N. Edisto Nearshore Reef, Edisto Forty Reef, Deveaux Bank
  and Pelican Bank.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until these storms pass.
Wind gusts 34 knots or greater, high waves, dangerous lightning, and
heavy rain are possible with these storms.
