  Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA out 60 NM...

* Until 115 AM EST.

* At 1223 AM EST, showers were located along a line from 7 NM south
  of Edisto Sixty Reef to over St Catherines Buoy 3, moving east at
  25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 34 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds
           and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  R7 Tower, Betsy Ross Reef, Hilton Head Reef, Dredge Henry, Buoy L,
  Latex Barge, Sayler Barge, Tug Delta Diamond, Tug Senasqua,
  Beaufort 45 Feet Reef, Tug Matt Turecamo, C C A Buoy, General
