  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 34 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds
           and suddenly higher waves.

  Fripp Inlet Buoy, Fripp Island Wreck, Fripp Island Reef, Saint
