The National Weather Service in Charleston has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Waters from South Santee River SC to Savannah GA out 40 NM...

* Until 1130 AM EDT.

* At 1007 AM EDT, a shower producing waterspouts was located near
  Joe Shuford Reef, moving northeast at 5 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts.

  SOURCE...Public reported. At 1000 AM, a waterspout was reported
           about 15 miles offshore from the Isle of Palms County
           Park.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can create locally hazardous seas.

* Locations impacted include...
  Charleston Sixty, Joe Shuford Reef, Lowcountry Anglers, Capers
  Reef, Kiawah Reef, Y-73 Reef, Edisto Sixty Reef, Jimmy Leland Tug,
  Edisto Forty Reef, Hunting Island Reef, Fripp Island Reef, Fripp
  Island Wreck, Betsy Ross Reef, Beaufort 45 Feet Reef and General
  Gordon.

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.
