* At 243 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line from
  8 NM west of Altamaha Sound to near Altamaha Sound, moving north
  at 5 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds
           and suddenly higher waves.
