* Until 745 PM EDT.

* At 638 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line from
  17 NM southwest of Doug Mellichamp Reef to 20 NM south of Doug
  Mellichamp Reef, moving southwest at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds
           and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Mainly open waters of Waters from South Santee River SC to Edisto
  Beach SC extending from 20 to 40 NM and Waters from Edisto Beach
