* At 347 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 12 nm northwest of South Santee River Entrance to 7
  nm northwest of Bulls Bay, moving east at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 35 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
