* Special Marine Warning for...
  Waters from Edisto Beach SC to Savannah GA out 40 NM...

* Until 430 AM EDT.

* At 303 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located over Hilton Head Reef, moving northeast at
  5 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 34 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create
           locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged
           in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Betsy Ross Reef, Beaufort 45 Feet Reef and Hilton Head Reef.
