The National Weather Service in Charleston has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Waters from South Santee River to Edisto Beach SC out 20 NM...

* Until noon EDT.

* At 1112 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms producing waterspouts were
  located along a line from near N. Edisto Nearshore Reef to over
  Edisto Sixty Reef, moving east at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts.

  SOURCE...Public reported. At 1109 AM, webcams and public
           officials reported a waterspout about 5 miles south
           southeast of Seabrook Island.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create
           locally hazardous seas.

* Locations impacted include...
  Lowcountry Anglers, Kiawah Reef, N. Edisto Nearshore Reef, Deveaux
  Bank and Air Force Reef.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.
