* Until 700 PM EDT.

* At 505 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 5 NM northwest of
  Wappoo Cut, moving east at 10 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 34 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds
           and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Charleston Nearshore Reef, Air Force Reef, Charleston Coastal
  Anglers, Rattlesnake Shoal, Joe Shuford Reef, Charleston Sixty,
  Charleston Harbor Entrance, Lowcountry Anglers, Crab Bank, Capers
  Reef, Castle Pinkney, Capers Island Buoy, Wappoo Cut, Kiawah Reef
  and Bull Breakers.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent lightning is occurring with this storm. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
