* WHAT...For the Extreme Heat Warning, dangerously hot conditions
  with heat index values up to 113 to 119 expected.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Georgia and southeast South Carolina.

* WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 8 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
  extreme heat and high humidity events.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Isolated showers and thunderstorms during the
  afternoon hours could provide relief to a few areas.
