Waters from Edisto Beach SC to Savannah GA extending from 20 to 40
NM...
Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA from 20 to 60 NM...

* At 856 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. This
  strong thunderstorm was located 12 NM southeast of Sayler Barge,
  moving northeast at 50 knots.

Locations impacted include...
  Mainly open waters of Waters from Edisto Beach SC to Savannah GA
  extending from 20 to 40 NM and Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha
  Sound GA from 20 to 60 NM.
