Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA out 20 NM, including
Grays Reef National Marine Sanctuary...

At 318 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
waterspouts was located over D U A Buoy, moving northeast at 20
knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 34 knots.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
         hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
         higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
