  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong
  thunderstorm was located over Tug Rio Caroni, moving northeast at
  10 knots.

  Grays Reef Buoy, Tug Rio Caroni, D R H Buoy, John Bird and R2
  Tower.
