Waters from Edisto Beach SC to Savannah GA out 20 NM...
Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA out 20 NM, including
Grays Reef National Marine Sanctuary...

* At 313 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong
  thunderstorm was located 5 NM northeast of Parris Island Reef,
  moving southwest at 10 knots.

Locations impacted include...
  Gaskins Bank Wreck, Gaskin Banks, Fish America, Hilton Head Reef,
  Whitewater Reef, General Gordon, Channel Buoy 5, Beaufort 45 Feet
  Reef, Port Royal Sound, Calibogue Sound, Savannah Buoy, Savannah
  River Entrance, Buoy K C, Motherlode Barge and Sailboat Jupiter.
