* At 529 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong
  thunderstorm was located near Parris Island Reef, moving south at
  10 knots.

Locations impacted include...
  General Gordon, Hilton Head Reef, Beaufort 45 Feet Reef, Fish
  America, Gaskins Bank Wreck, Gaskin Banks, Betsy Ross Reef,
  Whitewater Reef, Port Royal Sound, Calibogue Sound and Savannah
  River Entrance.
