959 FZUS72 KCHS 101826 MWSCHS Marine Weather Statement National Weather Service Charleston SC 126 PM EST Mon Feb 10 2025 AMZ354-374-102300- Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA out 20 NM, including Grays Reef National Marine Sanctuary- Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA from 20 to 60 NM- 126 PM EST Mon Feb 10 2025 ...STRONG WINDS WITH A COLD FRONT TO OCCUR ON THE GEORGIA WATERS THIS AFTERNOON... A back door cold front will move into the Georgia waters this afternoon, passing south of the waters around sunset or shortly thereafter. Light winds in advance of the front will surge to the northeast and east, surging up to 15-20 knots, with gusts to 25 knots. As a result, a Small Craft Advisory is in effect. Mariners should be prepared for a sudden wind shift and a rapid increase in winds and seas. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
