Charleston Harbor...

* At 315 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong
  thunderstorm was located near Wappoo Cut, moving south at 5 knots.

Locations impacted include...
  Castle Pinkney, Crab Bank, Wappoo Cut and Charleston Harbor
  Entrance.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

This thunderstorm will likely produce winds to around 30 knots, and
could pose a serious hazard for boaters. A Special Marine Warning
may eventually be required. Boaters should consider heading for
shore before the storm arrives.
