* At 1022 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong
  thunderstorm was located 6 NM southwest of Sapelo Buoy S, moving
  east at 5 knots.

  Steel Barge Modena, D R H Buoy, K T K Buoy, John Bird, Buoy B H,
  Sapelo Buoy S, Tug Rio Caroni, Grays Reef Buoy, Sapelo Channelbuoy
  3, A L T Buoy and Doboy Sound Buoy D.
