Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA from 20 to 60 NM...

* At 826 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms,
  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail.
  These strong thunderstorms were located along a line from near R2
  Tower to 24 NM south of Tug Rio Caroni, moving east at 20 knots.

Locations impacted include...
  R2 Tower.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Report severe weather to the Coast Guard or nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
office.

Mariners can expect gusty winds, small hail, high waves, dangerous
lightning and heavy rains. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
