* At 601 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong
  thunderstorm was located 6 NM southwest of Sapelo Channelbuoy 3,
  moving southeast at 5 knots.

Locations impacted include...
  Doboy Sound Buoy D, Buoy B H, A L T Buoy, Sapelo Channelbuoy 3, K
  T K Buoy, Steel Barge Modena and Altamaha Sound.
