Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA out 20 NM, including
Grays Reef National Marine Sanctuary...

* At 357 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong
  thunderstorm was located 10 NM northwest of Altamaha Sound, moving
  northeast at 15 knots.

Locations impacted include...
  Buoy B H, K T K Buoy, Sapelo Channelbuoy 3, Steel Barge Modena,
  Doboy Sound Buoy D, Sapelo Buoy S, Buoy B L, A L T Buoy, D R H
  Buoy, John Bird, St Catherines Buoy 3, Grays Reef Buoy, C A T
  Buoy, Tug Rio Caroni and Saint Catherines Sound.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Report severe weather to the Coast Guard or nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
office.

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, lightning strikes, and heavy downpours. Boaters should seek
safe harbor immediately until this storm passes.
