  Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA out 60 NM...

* At 844 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong
  thunderstorm was located near Sapelo Channelbuoy 3, moving
  southeast at 10 knots.

  Steel Barge Modena, K T K Buoy, Buoy B H, Sapelo Buoy S, Sapelo
  Channelbuoy 3, Grays Reef Buoy, D R H Buoy, John Bird, Buoy B L,
  Doboy Sound Buoy D, Tug Rio Caroni, C A T Buoy, A L T Buoy, St
  Catherines Buoy 3 and Tug Rio Apon.
