Coastal waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA out 20 nm,
including Grays Reef National Marine Sanctuary...

* At 500 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong
  thunderstorm was located 10 NM west of Altamaha Sound, moving east
  at 20 knots.

Locations impacted include...
  Buoy B H, Sapelo Channelbuoy 3, K T K Buoy, Steel Barge Modena,
  Doboy Sound Buoy D, A L T Buoy, Sapelo Buoy S, D R H Buoy, John
  Bird, Buoy B L, Tug Rio Caroni, Grays Reef Buoy and Altamaha Sound.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Report severe weather to the Coast Guard or nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
office.

This thunderstorm will likely produce winds to around 30 knots, and
could pose a serious hazard for boaters. A Special Marine Warning may
eventually be required when this storm reaches the nearshore waters.
Boaters should consider heading for shore before the storm arrives.
