Grays Reef National Marine Sanctuary...

* At 346 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong
  thunderstorm was located near A L T Buoy, and is nearly stationary.

Locations impacted include...
  A L T Buoy, Doboy Sound Buoy D, D R H Buoy, John Bird, Tug Rio
  Caroni, Grays Reef Buoy and Altamaha Sound.
