MOVING SOUTH EAST...

The areas affected include...
Waters from South Santee River SC to Edisto Beach SC extending from
20 to 40 NM...

* At 435 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong
  thunderstorm was located 13 NM southeast of Cape Romain Reef,
  moving southeast at 10 knots.

Locations impacted include...
  Live Bottom Good.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, lightning strikes, and heavy downpours. Boaters should seek
safe harbor immediately until this storm passes.
