Emergency manager reported one eastbound and westbound
lane of Interstate 26 impassible due to flooding. A
vehicle was in the median with water up to the roof. The
motorist was rescued and unharmed. The flooding was
reported near the Jedburg Road exit, between mile marker
194-196.
