.DISCUSSION...
Strong high pressure centered over the northern Gulf will keep
hot and humid conditions in place through early next week. Conditions
should remain dry at the spot location today, although an afternoon
thunderstorm can not be ruled out near a sea breeze. West/southwest
sfc winds early this morning should keep the sea breeze pinned near
the coast through late morning, but sfc winds are expected to become
more southerly and increase to 10-15 mph early afternoon. The sfc wind
pattern remains similar Sunday, but an increase in shower and
thunderstorm chances arrive during afternoon hours.
