* WHAT...Flooding is occurring along the Edisto River between
Canadys and Branchville.
* WHERE...Portions of Colleton and Dorchester counties.
* WHEN...Until 700 AM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of homes, low-lying roads, and river access
points.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 948 AM EST, Emergency management reported ongoing flooding
across the warned area, especially between Branchville and
Canadys. Some homes along Cat Hole Ln are flooded.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Avoid flooded areas if possible.
