...FLOOD WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 10 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

The Flood Warning will expire at 10 PM EDT this evening for a
portion of southeast South Carolina, including the following area,
Charleston.

Conditions will steadily improve across Downtown Charleston now that
high tide has passed. A few road closures are still in place, but
these roads should open soon.
