* WHERE...Central Washington, Interior Hancock, and Southern
  Penobscot Counties.

* WHEN...From 4 AM Tuesday to 4 AM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes.
