* At 517 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Jonesport, or
  11 nm southwest of Machias, moving southeast at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
