Afternoon update...Light and variable winds allowing for drying of
the atmosphere and continues delaying the impacts from the
seabreeze. Expect relative humidities to remain around 25 percent
for the next 1-2hrs and begin improving as the seabreeze increases
RHs towards sunset with recovery to 40-50 percent by sunset. RHs
tonight will improve to 80-90 percent. Winds remain light through
the period.
