.DISCUSSION...

Another dry day in store, with generally clear skies and no
precipitation. NW winds early this morning gusting 15 to 20 mph,
but these winds will drop off through the day, with gusts
diminishing by noon. Relative humidity will bottom out this
afternoon in the low 20 percent range. For tonight, rain will move
in from the west, reaching the area by midnight.
