.DISCUSSION...
Rain showers will be possible through midnight as a cold front
works through the area. Behind the departing system by daybreak
gusty NW winds will develop. On Sunday, strong gusty northwest
winds are expected. Winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph
are possible. The strongest wind gusts will be along the
Longfellow Mtns from Moosehead Region to Baxter State Park then
up
into Northeast Aroostook County. Minimum relative humidities
Sunday afternoon will range from the mid to upper 20s Downeast to
Central Highlands. Min RHs in the low to mid 30s across the
north.
RHs will remain low till just after sunset and then begin to
recover into Sun Night. Winds will be light on Monday.
