.DISCUSSION...
Hot and humid conditions can be expected through Tuesday. An
afternoon seabreeze will turn winds more southerly along the
Downeast coast potentially extending as far north as Route 9 in
interior Downeast. Mainly dry conditions are expected through
Tuesday with light winds generally less than 10 mph. An increased
lightning risk is expected across mostly northern and northwest
areas Wednesday. Scattered showers and thunderstorms pose a
lightning risk on Thursday. Overall, no widespread wetting rains
expected given generally isolated to scattered activity.
