.DISCUSSION...
Showers and potentially scattered isolated thunderstorms will
move into southern areas this afternoon then expand north tonight
into Saturday. Rainfall through Saturday will average a quarter
to
a half inch over the north and along the coast with around an
inch to an inch and a half possible from the southern highlands
across parts of south central areas. Sunday will be mostly sunny
with light winds as high pressure returns. Unsettled weather is
expected early to mid week next week as a trough of low pressure
sets up to our west and waves of low pressure circulate into the
northeast around the trough.
