.DISCUSSION...
Rain tapering to showers this morning with showers mainly confined
across the north this afternoon. Mostly cloudy skies across the
area this morning becoming mostly sunny. Winds shifting WSW this
morning then NW by mid morning will become gusty. Winds today
gusting 45-50mph across the area. Tonight, winds relax through the
overnight with gusts up to 20mph. Another round of precipitation
develops late Wednesday afternoon with winds shifting SW less than
15mph. Rain/snow mix north on Wednesday night with rain south
tapering off mid morning Thursday. Another round of strong gusty
winds late Wednesday night into Thursday.
