Strong gusty northwest winds are then expected for the day today.
Winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph are possible. The
strongest wind gusts will be along the Longfellow Mtns from
Moosehead Region to Baxter State Park then up into Northeast
Aroostook County. Minimum relative humidities this afternoon will
range from the mid 20s to around 30 percent for Downeast to
Central Highlands. Min RHs in the low to mid 30s across the North.
RHs will remain low till just after sunset and then begin to
recover into tonight. Winds will be light on Monday.
