...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of central Clarendon
and central Sumter Counties through 1245 AM EDT...

At 1150 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Poinsett State Park, or 8 miles southwest of South Sumter, moving
east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Sumter, Manning, South Sumter, Alcolu, Turbeville, Pinewood,
Paxville, Cane Savannah, Brogdon, Foreston, Lakewood, Privateer,
Gable, Wedgewood, and Shiloh.

This includes Interstate 95 between mile markers 114 and 136.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
