* WHAT...Northeast winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30-35 mph
  expected tonight and Friday night. 25-30 mph gusts are expected
  during the day Thursday and Friday.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Georgia and central South
  Carolina.

* WHEN...From 2 AM Thursday to 11 AM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create
  hazardous conditions for small craft.

Boaters on area lakes should use extra caution since strong winds
