Increasing clouds with rain chances increasing through the day as
an upper disturbance moves into the region through early Thursday.
Rain chances become likely by midday and continue through tonight.
Easterly winds expected to pick up to around 10 mph by mid morning
and continue through the afternoon. Widespread rain expected this
evening with fog and low clouds likely overnight with poor
dispersion. Cooler today due to extensive cloud cover and
precipitation.
