.DISCUSSION...
High pressure is shifting offshore today which will lead to
increasing winds generally out of the WSW around 10 mph this
afternoon with gusts into the mid teens possible. The morning inversion
will break between 10 am and 11 am. Temperatures continue to warm
into today which with strong mixing will lead to minimum RH dropping
to around 20 percent by mid to late afternoon. The evening inversion
will set up between 700 pm and 800 pm. Winds aloft should stay
sufficiently high tonight with some high clouds moving in to prevent
widespread fog, although there is the potential for a brief period of
patchy fog along river and creek valleys near sunrise tomorrow morning.
